The house features four bedrooms in total. The elevation follows a box projection style, giving the exterior a clean, modern look. The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, is designed with a premium finish and is the only bedroom on this level.
An internal courtyard is placed beneath the staircase, allowing natural light and ventilation into the core of the home. The prayer unit is thoughtfully positioned above the courtyard and beneath the staircase. The staircase itself begins at one end of the dining area and sits adjacent to the drawing room.
The courtyard is designed with a double-height layout, which enhances natural lighting and air circulation throughout the house. The kitchen layout includes a U-shaped working kitchen along with a kitchenette, both positioned on the east side of the home.
On the first floor, there are three additional bedrooms and two balconies, providing outdoor space and further access to light and air.
